These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bangal platform and all related services. By visiting the bangalbet.cam website, opening an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, the user is automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

All bangal services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. A national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested to verify age at registration or at any later stage. Providing false information about age will result in account suspension and all deposited balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, from the same device, or within the same household, all of them may be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, address, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Failure to verify identity may result in withdrawals being placed on hold until the information is confirmed.

2.4 Eligible Regions

bangal primarily serves users in Bangladesh. Services may be restricted in certain areas for specific reasons. It is the user's own responsibility to use the service in compliance with the laws of their region.

3.1 Password and Login Details

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login details fully confidential. Sharing a password with anyone or allowing a third party to use the account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Transactions Made Through the Account

The member is responsible for all activity on their account, unless they can prove that a third party accessed the account without their knowledge and bangal was informed in a timely manner.

3.3 OTP and Verification Codes

OTP or verification codes received by mobile or email must not be shared with anyone. bangal staff will never ask for these codes — if anyone does, it is a sign of fraud.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bangal accepts deposits through the following methods:

Deposited funds must come only from the member's own account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Any active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before a withdrawal can be made (full details on bonuses are given in section 5). Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If unusual or suspicious financial activity is identified, bangal may temporarily suspend the transaction pending investigation. During this time, the member may be asked to provide necessary information and documents.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bangal offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; the wagering requirement in this case would be ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Weekly and Regular Offers

bangal periodically offers weekly reloads, slot bonuses, cricket offers, and special occasion rewards. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and expiry — these must be read carefully before accepting an offer.

5.3 Important Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• If bonus abuse is found (multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, etc.), the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• bangal reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.

5.4 VIP Program

bangal's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is a fixed percentage of the week's net losses — a higher rate applies at higher tiers. Example: a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, bangal will determine the outcome of that session based on its records. The server record is considered final, not the display on the user's local device.

6.2 Right to Void Bets

bangal reserves the right to void any bet that is considered invalid or faulty for any reason. If an incorrect payout is made due to a technical error, the excess amount will be deducted from the relevant account.

6.3 Misuse of Software or Technical Advantages

Knowingly exploiting any bug, error, or unintended advantage in the game software is prohibited. All winnings obtained through such exploitation will be considered void and the account may be closed.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, and other sports is governed by specific rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bet outcomes will be determined according to bangal's betting rules. For live betting, odds may change — the final accepted odds are the ones that apply.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Opening an account or verifying identity using a false identity or fake documents.
• Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward other members.
• Match-fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

bangal's Privacy Policy serves as the full guide on how members' personal information is collected, stored, and used. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are both in effect together, and members must read both documents.

All member data is kept secure using SSL encryption. Information may be retained for a set period for account verification and fraud prevention purposes.

bangal believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a solution for earning a living. Members are encouraged to follow the Responsible Gaming Policy. Requests to voluntarily place temporary or permanent limits on an account can be made through support.

Allowing anyone who is not of legal age to use the platform is strictly prohibited. The 21+ age requirement is strictly enforced.

• Self-exclusion: You can request to deactivate your account for a set period.
• Deposit limits: A maximum daily or weekly deposit limit can be set.

10.1 Closure Requested by the Member

In the event of a breach of these Terms, bangal may suspend or close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations (fraud, deception, money laundering), deposited balances may be forfeited.

10.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period (generally more than 12 months). The member will be notified in advance regarding the balance on an inactive account.

11.1 Limitation of Liability

bangal will not be liable for any loss suffered by a user due to loss of internet connection, device failure, or issues with third-party services. Server-recorded data and game history will be treated as the primary evidence in all disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a member has a complaint about any matter, they must first contact the bangal support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Support will attempt to resolve the issue at the first stage. If no resolution is reached, there is an option for review at a higher level.

11.3 Language of Communication

bangal provides support in both Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bengali can be spoken in live chat and written in emails.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

bangal reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, members will be notified via their registered email and through platform notifications.

12.2 Effective Date

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the service after publication means consent to the new terms has been given.

12.3 Language of the Terms

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is considered authoritative. If a translation in another language exists, the Bengali version takes priority in interpretation.
